Andrew Holland

Andrew Holland is Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Dytallix, bringing over 20 years of experience in audit, finance, banking, risk management, and entrepreneurship. He leads Dytallix with a risk-first mindset, grounded in institutional-grade standards, and is responsible for the business, financial and market operations. Andrew began his career at Ernst & Young (EY) in Financial Services, focusing on enterprise risk management. He then spent five years at BMO Harris Bank advising middle-market companies. In 2016, he transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding and scaling multiple businesses, including a successful exit. Andrew is building QuantumVault as foundational cybersecurity infrastructure for a post-quantum world. His focus includes enterprise partnerships, regulatory alignment, and capital formation to serve mission-critical institutions. Andrew holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Economics and is a CPA.

Rick Glenn

Rick Glenn is a technical cofounder of Dytallix, where he helps architect an L1 blockchain built for the post-quantum era. He brings experience in operational leadership, technical development, and business management. His career spans multiple industries, projects, and research pursuits, from experimental hydroponics to designing predictive frameworks for analyzing relativistic particles in fusion reactions. As cofounder and partner at Ouroboros, he helped lead the company to a successful exit. At Dytallix, he works across architecture, protocol design, and long-range technical strategy to build secure, scalable infrastructure designed to withstand the coming quantum shift in cryptography and computing. His focus is simple: build systems that last.
